Social Media Marketing

Website Design

May 2026 – Present

Priority Pediatrics

Priority Pediatrics is a local pediatric clinic based in San Antonio, Texas. They serve the Texas Hill Country area and have served thousands of patients. But, they had a problem… Their marketing wasn’t bringing more patients through the door, and one of their doctors needed more patients. So, they brought me onto the team, and asked me to do two things: improve their social media presence, and redo their website. Here’s what happened in just 2 months:

Gained 16,210 impressions across Facebook and Instagram

In May of 2026, the Priority Pediatrics team were getting 100 views every month across Facebook and Instagram. 2 months later, by July 21st, 2026, they had 16,210 impressions across both platforms. But the only change that I made? I showed the people at the practice. After doing market research, I realized that parents (and patients) only wanted to know that they were cared for and that their child was cared for. So, I told the team to take pictures of themselves and record videos. I provided the directions, scripts, and shotlists while also editing the videos, writing the captions, and analyzing monthly reports while planning next month’s content. The result? 16.21K impressions gained across Instagram and Facebook.

Along with 16.21K impressions, it also brought 1 confirmed new patient in just 1.5 months of activity online.

Redesigned website + repositioned their brand

Priority Pediatrics had a website. And it wasn’t the worst… But, it wasn’t good either. Their previous website had many platitudes and “feel-good” statements, but nothing to actually DRIVE the viewer toward booking an appointment. And after analyzing their entire website, I realized it was because of one thing… Their positioning. Or, rather, lack of. So, I rewrote AND redesigned their entire website. I doubled down on the word “priority” in their brand name by showing and telling viewers that they keep their child’s care as their top priority. I added a section explaining what CHADIS was, and why it’s important. I added the HIPAA policy, so patients know that Priority Pediatrics takes patient privacy seriously. I added things that, if I were a parent, would make me want to take my child there. Because I know they care! And I see it with how the website comes across. It’s warm and inviting. That was my thought process with the website redesign and repositioning.
